Review: PASJEL MILDY SMOOTH AXILLARY CREAM
My college graduation is almost there. I only have 5 months to fix everything. I want to be perfect on my graduation day because this is the best day of my life. Actually I don't have much problem with my skin. The only problem that I have is my underarm. Honestly it is so dark and I have what they call chicken skin. I am doing everything to get rid of it. But I can't see any changes at all.
Even though I want to ask for help in a dermatologist, I cant because I don't have enough money for that. Maybe if I have a job. So I am just using the whitening underarm products in the market. I saw a whitening toner of a famous whitening company here. I used it for more than 3 months, it whitened my underarm a bit but I can feel that sometimes it irritates my underarm especially when I am sweating. So I have to stop using it.
I didn't use anything in my underarm for almost 3 months because my best friend told me that my underarm needs to relax first from any chemicals. Last November 1, my bestfriend gave me a underarm whitening cream. It's name is Pasjel Mildy Smooth Axillary Cream. She said her sister gave it to her but she wants me to try it.
So I am using the Pasjel Mildy Smooth Axillary Cream every night before I sleep and every morning.
Day 1: My underarm became whiter but not too much.
Day 3: My underarm became one shade whiter and my chicken skin is lessened.
Day 7: My underarm is lot whiter than before while my chicken skin is no longer visible.
Today / Day 12: My underarm has the same color with my skin tone while I am not seeing any chicken skin anymore.
This is a huge difference. I am thankful to Pasjel Mildy Smooth Axillary Cream for it's effect in my underarm. I awe you a lot. See

My first Guest post… Elsewhere!
Another first for me! Today I did my first ever guest post for another blogger. My lovely friend Sarah of RaraGiggles
is having a bit of a tough time at the moment. It means she isn’t able
to blog as often she would like and as I have been watching for an
opportunity to do a guest blog it seemed like good timing to offer my
services!

You can find the guest post here… And while you’re there have a look at some of the other posts ‘cos Sarah is amazing!
Boots Points Event

I use these events as an opportunity to
build up loads of points to use in the sales and treat myself after
Christmas when money is a bit tighter. Remember that points can be
earned on pretty much everything in store. At the last event I stocked
up on toothpaste and deodorant that was on special offer as well as
picking up one or two gifts for others (and one for myself!) in the 3
for 2 range. €60 is easily spent! I know I have a few things that I need
so I am holding off til the next event to pick those up so that I can
make the most savings possible!

It’s also good to note that if you spend
multiples of €60 you get an increase in your points too… Even more of an
incentive to do all your shopping in Boots this year!
What will you be buying? Do you save or splurge when it comes to Boots points?
They’re back! Boots No7 vouchers

As you can see the Boots money off
vouchers for their No7 range are back again and valid until July 14th –
giving you over two weeks to think about what you would like to get!
There is €4 off makeup and €6.50 off skincare. I’m already in a muddle
trying to work out what to get! Will it be some new lipliners or a
lipgloss? Perhaps I will get some more eye makeup remover as I quite
rate theirs? I think it requires a trip instore to do some swatches but I
guarantee you that I won’t be letting this go to waste!
What would you buy? Have you used the No7 range? What are your No7 Hits and Misses?
TAG: DIY or DFY Beauty
I saw this tag over on OhhKaye and she originally saw it on The Happy Sloths. Apparently the tag was originally the brainchild of Vanity Rouge but I think some minor changes have been made over time.
DIY if you weren’t aware stands for Do It Yourself and DFY stands for Done For You. Let’s get into the categories!
1. Brows
This is a mix. I used to always get them waxed… Then I started doing them myself. I’ll still allow them to grow wild occasionally and treat myself to getting them done in the hope of finding the perfect shape for my face as I tend to play it fairly safe when doing them myself.

2. Hair
I always get my hair done professionally. I have a hairdresser that I LOVE and would trust with my life (Hi Dympna!). When I was younger I used to use home dying kits and I firmly believe that they wrecked my hair so I refuse to use them now.

3. Mani/Pedi
I have never had a pedi. I hate feet! I have had a few manicures but lately I tend to do them myself. I find it really relaxing and I normally do my own Shellac at the same time.

4. Body Hair Removal
This is a combination. Some I do myself, some I get others to do. Depends on the context/method etc.

5. Makeup for a special Occasion
I used to get my makeup done but since training as a Makeup Artist myself I haven’t let anyone else do my makeup for any occasion. The only exception to this was for my sisters wedding and to be honest it killed me letting someone else loose. It turned out beautiful but I just felt very strange about it.

6. Skincare
This is all me! I don’t let anyone else at my skin since I had a rather expensive facial about 4 years ago that ruined my face for ages afterwards, leaving it really dry. I have certain products that are ‘pampering’ products for me and I love to do a pampering evening with them.

So which do you DIY, which are strictly DFY and which depend on time, money etc? Let me know in the comments!
Biggest fashion mistake you have made
This, of course, means that I have made very many fashion mistakes! Luckily for me my photo album chronicling these is at my parents so I can’t show you pictorial evidence from my own life… I’ll have to rely on examples from Google search! (All pictures remain the property of the persons that took them and will be credited where possible!)
1.) My sister and I being dressed in the same outfit – but in different colours!

Yep, one of us usually had our underwear showing too… It seems to have been pretty common pre-digital cameras!

I had an entire outfit in a pattern similar to this – culottes and a fitted top! :/

Best beauty advice you have been given
As someone who is interested in
beauty and as a blogger people feel the need to pass on all sorts of
gems of wisdom. Some are passed directly to me, some I pick up from
blogs and YouTube videos, some are just my experience from life. I know
once I have posted this I will think of more that I want to share but
for now the pieces of advice that I want to share are:
Smile – a genuine smile is better than makeup for making you look your best!
Drink lots of water –
this flushes the toxins out of your system, keeps you hydrated and all
around helps you to have the best skin you can have. About 2 litres a
day is ideal and it is best to spread it out over the day as too much in
one go is not good for your kidneys.
Cleansing/Skincare – Do
not sleep with your makeup on; no matter how tempted you are! Another
piece of advice I was given is around a skincare routine. I was always
of the opinion that you should find one routine and stick to it. A piece
of advice I was given however advised that you listen to your skin to
see what it needs on the day. You need nutrition to keep your body in
working order but you wouldn’t eat the same food day in and day out.
Bearing that in mind why be so rigid in your skincare routine?
As I said, I am sure there are lots more
but these are the ones that I truly live by at the moment. Have you any
advice you want to share? What was the best advice you were given?
